Our story
Built by finance operators, for finance operators.
Lunnoa was founded by veterans of the financial industry (including ex-Partners Group operators) who spent years running mission-critical workflows inside tightly regulated environments.
We saw first-hand how the tools available to enterprise teams forced an impossible trade-off: cloud-only AI platforms required sensitive data to leave secure environments, while do-it-yourself stacks demanded months of plumbing before a single workflow could ship. Neither option worked for private equity, banking, or insurance.
So we built Lunnoa Automate, a full-stack AI automation platform that runs inside your own infrastructure, with everything included out of the box. No vendor lock-in, no compromise on governance, and a path from deploy to production measured in weeks, not quarters.
Q4 2024Founded by finance operators
Lunnoa was started by a team of veterans from the financial industry (including ex-Partners Group operators) who had lived the pain of running regulated infrastructure without the AI tooling to match.
Q2 2025First workflow in production
We shipped our first live enterprise workflow, running entirely on the customer's own infrastructure: zero data leaving their environment.
Q4 2025Consulting services & AWS Startup Programs
We launched consulting services alongside Lunnoa Automate and joined the AWS Startup Programs, bringing hands-on implementation support to every customer deployment.
2026The full-stack platform
Lunnoa Automate is now the self-hosted stack we set out to build: LLMs, vector database, document parsing, and observability in one product, under your full control from day one.
